We take great measures to ensure that packages arrive to you not only quickly, but in perfect condition. Unfortunately, in rare cases items may be damaged or lost during shipment. Shipment is carried out by third party courier companies. Therefore, we are not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during shipment. Meantime, we do not perform any refunds for damaged or lost items during shipments.
However, we will assist to raise the claim from third party courier company in the event the item was lost during shipment. We will provide the replacement of purchased item which are declared lost to the buyer once the claim have been processed from the third party courier company.
Shipping Fees Variation
A flat rate shipping fees is applicable for West & East Malaysia for order weight within 1 kg.
For order weight more than 1 kg we will inform on the actual shipping fees instead.
Dear customers, all the pre-ordered products will be notified to us in the same day.
After notifying you, we will retain the product for up to 60 days, please pay off all balances within 60 days.
We hereby inform you that if the balance is not paid after 60 days, we have the right to resell the product to other customers, all the deposits you pay will not be returned, and your complaint will not be accepted. Thank you !
All sales are final. No refund on any request/circumstances. We will notify customers on out of stock item via whatsapp/wechat/sms/call to select a replacement item.
